The Online Membership Manager is a Web-Based solution, which provides the ability for Event Registrations and Membership Applications online, utilizing a secure payment environment. It enables the Members and Event attendees to register without having to call, print, or fax in registrations. The system enables payments by either Cash or Credit Card.

The following screen shots are from a design created for one of our clients, a Chapter of Organization of Women in International Trade. Your screens will be slightly different depending on your requirements.
The Membership Entry screen: Collects data for either a new or renewing member. General information is collected, along with the different types of memberships you would like to offer, and a selection of payment type such as Cash or Credit Card. The administrator configures the value for allowing how many corporate members are allowed.
The Event Entry screen: Accepts data for the person wanting to attend the event. The administrator pre-configures the event, event pricing, member pricing, or late sign-up pricing. Memberships are determined to reflect the correct pricing. Also available is the ability for multiple users to sign up together, making the entry process faster for larger groups of attendees.
Several different reports are available. One of the most useful reports is the Event Attendees Report. This report is downloadable in a Microsoft Excel format, as are all of the reports. An administrator can sort, manipulate, and do analysis based upon their needs and then be ready at the time of the Event with a complete list of all attendees and their payment status.
