As a precondition to viewing this demo, I acknowledge that I have the authority to agree on behalf of my company and I do hereby agree, both as representative of my company and individually, as follows:

1. I agree to use the Online Membership Manager demo solely for purposes of evaluating the purchase of products or services from bitmek, or for establishing a business relationship with bitmek. Use of the demo inconsistent with this agreement is strictly prohibited.
2. I agree that Online Membership Manager, including all scripts, configuration files, database structures, database content, graphics, formats and layouts, organizational models, and text, is protected by US and international copyright laws.  The collection, arrangement and assembly of all Online Membership Manager images and text are the exclusive property of bitmek.
3. I agree not to print, copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, reverse compile or exchange with another person any demo web page, image or text, any Online Membership Manager code, or the Online Membership Manager layout.  Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, display, perform, publish, create derivative works from, or store any portion of Online Membership Manager.
4. I agree that the design and layout of Online Membership Manager is confidential ("Confidential Information").  I agree to retain in confidence and not to disclose the graphic design, functionality or text of Online Membership Manager to any person other than staff or agents of my company who are otherwise bound by this agreement and only for purposes of the evaluation.
5. I agree that neither my company nor I will use or disclose to any third party, nor permit the use or disclosure to any third party of any Confidential Information, except that Company may make the Confidential Information available to its directors, officers, employees, and attorneys who agree to be bound to the terms of this agreement and who reasonably need the information for Company to evaluate Online Membership Manager.
6. I agree that I have accurately represented my name, identity, company affiliation and contact information (such as phone number and email address) when signing up for this demo.  I warrant that I have not provided any misleading or inaccurate information to bitmek or bitmek's affiliate when registering for the demo.
7. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless bitmek and its affiliates should I violate any of the terms of this agreement including but not limited to reasonable court costs and attorney fees.
